How To Use

✅ Clean & Dry Nose

Wash your nose and gently pat dry to remove any oil, sweat, or skincare products.

✅ Peel & Place

Carefully peel the nasal strip from its backing. Hold the ends and position it across the bridge of your nose, aligning the strip just above the flare of your nostrils.

✅ Press & Hold

Using your fingers, press down firmly for 5–10 seconds to activate the adhesive and create a snug, secure fit.

✅ Breathe Well

Whether you're training, settling down for sleep, or simply looking to breathe better during the day, nasal strips can be worn for up to 12 hours at a time.

✅ Gentle Removal

To remove peel strip gently from edges or use warm water if necessary. Dispose of nasal strip after use. Nasal strips cannot be reused.
